Hi Melodie, beautiful story. I also have hsv in my genitals and contracted it last March. I read your other story. Anyhow, my questions are the following: What and how did the doctors deal with the fact that you had hsv and did they try to convince you to have a c-section again. 2. Did you take suppressive therapy during the last trimester of pregnancy? 3. Did you have any breakouts during your second pregnancy? Im considering getting pregnant again, but I refuse to have a c-section so I rather not get pregnant at all unless I have them naturally. Ive been researching a great deal and there really isnt much info out there. My first born was born all naturally but my second born, i wanted to have a home birth. I had my first born before I contracted hsv and everything turned out fine. But I worry about my next pregnancy. I got some info here: http://jeremyscorner-grifter.blogspot.com/2009/04/herpes-and-vaginal-birth.html Any info would be greatly appreciated. Blessings to you and your family.

Great birth story Melodie! My son was born 3 months later the same year. Too bad you're in Canada or else they could play together.
And by the way, my birthday is April 13th! But I was born on a Sunday. You've got a little Aries on your hands. Full of fire I bet. :-)
