Hi everyone
@Sarah: You bring up an important point about size of the cone or flange on the breast. It needs to the correct size regardless of the brand of pump. If your nipple always rubs against the sides of the flange, it is possibly too small or tight. Thanks for mentioning that.
@Amanda You are welcome! You may be able to practice any of those a little at a time. It does sound like for your occasional situation the pumping one side with or without a baby attached to the opposite breast may work! Hopefully you won't need to practice much or have moments where he wants to eat right after you pumped. Maybe things can work for you as well as @Annie. Thanks Annie!
@Nicole I don't know much at all about the Freemie. It is relatively new I think. I have been to conferences where many many mom's were doing some kind of hands free pumping under their shirts and still taking notes. Maybe it was that, not sure. There are a lot of pumps out there, I think it's important to look at the effectiveness, abilities for clean safe milk collection and other qualities important to you. I'd be happy to look at info on that model for you if you've seen any. I wish I could be more helpful.

Just wondering if you know anything about the Freemie attachment and if they help or not? When I go back to work I'm going to get one and try it.
