I made a chickpea cake before. My sister-in-law came to visit and she was on a gluten-free diet for awhile. That’s the recipe I got when I searched for gluten-free cake recipe. It was delicious, doesn’t taste anything at all like chickpeas, and was really easy.

Occasionally I like to make grilled peanut butter and cheddar cheese sandwiches. Yum! And it feels so rebellious! I will be trying this cake too! I discovered chocolate zucchini cake this summer and love telling people what is in it!
