1/2 tomato, chopped

1/4 onion, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

1 cup black beans

1-2 tsp chili powder

Directions:

Spread half of the chips on a baking sheet. Cover with half of the cheese and veggies. Spread second half of chips over top and cover them with the rest of the cheese and veggies. 3 avocados

1 Tbsp onion, chopped finely

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp fresh lime juice

salt to taste

dash of cumin

Directions:

Mash avocados. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well.

Serve with hot nachos alongside pico de galo, salsa, and maybe even some spicy pinto beans.

Devour immediately.
