Oh, I am soooo jealous. We have a galley kitchen with no counter or cabinet space and cheap 1980s appliances. I’m floundering here trying to think of something I like about it… All right, here’s one: I like that we have a lot of ways we can improve it! How’s that?

I’m thinking of joining you on one of your Vegetarian Foodie Fridays if I can get some of my recipes written up! I’m glad they don’t have to be vegan, though, because I use cheese like it’s going out of style.

Oh ho, what a gorgeous kitchen! So jealous! My kitchen has been driving me nuts, though two things I like about it is 1) the excellent dishwasher and 2) the fact that its pretty long, so it can fit a big table and I can keep the kids art supplies and other stuff at one end. I would LOVE to have two ovens, though — I feel like I am always running out of space or needing to cook two different things at different temps!
