Hi there! My name is Charlotte and I’m the proud mother of a 2 year old girl and a 3 month old little boy! I’m on a healthy Mediterranean diet, so I eat vegetables, meat, fish and everything else; the only requirement is that it’s cooked in the most healthy way possible! I’m also super healthy and attend at least 2 pilates sessions a week!

I have a history of obesity in my family, so naturally when I read that breastfeeding can lower the risk of my children suffering from either childhood obesity or obesity in the future, I knew it was something I just had to do.
