My daughter’s pediatrician says my breast milk is fatty and that must be healthy because my baby is the fattest, healthiest baby ever. She has doubled her birth weight in 3 months. The only medication I take is an occasional Tylenol. I don’t smoke. My home is also smoke-free. I live an active and healthy lifestyle. I eat healthy but not organic foods.
