Single mother requiring breast milk for daughter

I am a single mum raising a 3 month daughter all by herself without any help from her father. My milk dried up last week and I can’t spend $4/oz at a local milk bank in Indianapolis in order to keep feeding my baby. I have tried formula but it doesn’t suit her and she gets constipated and cries a lot.
